Ltd. has established its manufacturing base in Nashik, the bustling new industrial town in Maharashtra State, that lies 180 Km to the North - East of Bombay and is perched at an altitude of 2100 ft. above sea-level with a pleasant, pollution-free climate, The company currently exports over 45% of its production to countries like USA, Europe, Israel, Turkey, Egypt, S. Africa, Australia, South East and Far East Asian countries, Japan, Taiwan, S. Product Range:Over the years, the company has developed a wide range of products. From components used in the manufacture of electrical fuse-switchgear products, electrical lighting, electrical heaters and temperature controllers, Tig-Mig welding systems, pump seal rings and faucet discs for fluid handling systems, Aluminium oxide tiles and lining blocks for wear and corrosion-resistant applications to Micro-macro ceramic grinding media for high-speed milling and dsipersion applications. The company produces a wide range of components in Aluminium oxide containing 85% to 99.5% Aluminium Oxide rare earth stablised TZP materials, Cordierite, Mullite Steatite Ceramic bodies.Production Facilties:With two individual manufacturing plants functioning at separate locations, the company ensures better production efficiency and quality control. Each plant, systematically planned and built to conform modern construction standards, occupies about 5000 sq. mtr.Activities concerning development of new ceramic materials, testing and quality control are carried out at a state of the art R&D Lab that is spread across 1000 sq. m of floor space and is well equipped with new generation apparatus and equipment like microprocessor-controlled Electrical and Gas fired High temperature 1750 o C Lab Kilns, SEM, AAS, TG/DTA, XRD, Sedigraph, Digital hardness tester, Pilot-size Body preparation slip house with spray dryer, high pressure injection moulding press, etc. The company has dedicated a separate workshop to support the production lines and their automation system. Equipped with modern machine tools like EDM, CNC, etc., the workshop is staffed by experienced technicians and engineers specialized in designing and fabrication of intricate moulding tools, jigs-fixtures and tailor made automatic production machines to meet with company’s captive requirements.
